My Thoughts:
So…I was kind of pulled into this book--in the way you watch a car wreck. It is pretty raw, which is refreshing. I liked the grittiness of the characters. The graphic hard partying lifestyle was over the top for me (the constant puking, just yuck).
I would have given this 3 stars…maybe even 4, but then the author did the worst thing ever: ended on a cliffhanger. Sigh. Ruined the whole thing for me. I looked into the next installment and there are now SIX books to get to the end of this story. Who has time for that BS? A cliffhanger is the end of an author for me.
