The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch
Randy Pausch was asked to give a “last lecture”…and it would truly be his last lecture, as he had recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer. His speech was about savoring every moment of life--dedicated to his young children.
This book is about his preparation for that lecture. While it wasn’t necessarily as deep, or as spiritual, as I expected I still enjoyed Randy’s story. I love that he wanted to create a legacy for his children. I wrote a book for my daughter on her first birthday and I hope it will be something she will cherish forever. I hope I can pass on some wisdom and contentment to my children.
