Lone Wolf by Linwood Barclay

This is the third installment of the Zack Walker series. I didn’t love the first, liked the second ok…this one was boring. I’m checking out of this series!

Bad Guys

Bad Guys by Linwood Barclay

I liked this book better than the first installment, "Bad Move."  I'm starting to enjoy the characters and this series reminds me of the Janet Evanovich series, but with a male lead. I definitely think Barclay is a talented writer. I look forward to reading the next one on my list!

Never Look Away

Never Look Away: A Thriller by Linwood Barclay

In “Never Look Away” Barclay gives a tense page turner, full of unexpected twists. With strong character development, deep plot and subplots this is a must-read thriller. When the main characters wife disappears he is thrust into an unbelievable mystery. Does he really know his wife? I recommend this one to the thriller crowd.

Bad Move

Linwood Barclay made it onto my list of authors to read from beginning book to most current. I really enjoy his writing style.

My most recent Barclay was "Bad Move.” This book was not as compelling as more recent novels. The plot was a bit contrived and the characters are only marginally interesting. It was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
