All That is Bitter and Sweet by Ashley Judd

I wouldn't recommend this memoir.  Judd comes off as quite pretentious. The book has some insightful bits, but mostly it repeats the same points over and over. Those points are about her “horrible” childhood and her favorite charity.

I do admire the charity work that she does…but didn’t find her writing moving, or important.
