My thoughts:

This was almost four stars for me! I liked it very much in the beginning…but about ¾ through it went off the rails into weird territory. There is a “shocking twist” that was too much for me to get over.

I read the synopsis of the next few in the series and decided to stop here. Some things are just too weird for me to get through!! I also saw this is now a television series…
